Appointments

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to charge for missed appointments.

Payment

Our office is on a fee-for-service basis, and payment is expected at the time of your visit. A superbill receipt will be provided upon request.
